3. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a course offered by MarketMind, you agree to pay the specified fees according to the payment terms provided.

Course fees are subject to change, but changes will not affect courses for which you have already paid.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds are available under certain conditions, as specified in our Refund Policy section below.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, you must submit a refund request through our contact form, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, typically within 5-10 business days.

5. Course Access and Duration

Upon enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course for the specified duration.

Course access includes all materials, resources, and updates released during your access period.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our courses at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of MarketMind or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website or courses, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
  • If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

8. User Content

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing such content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our service.

You are responsible for any content you post, and you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the content you post, or have the right to post such content.
  • The content is accurate and not misleading.
  • The content does not violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
